“Wilson was on the director staff at Ohio State when I was in the marching band. I was very nervous for my music tryout and he calmed my nerves with his gentle and cheerful presence, as he scored my performance. He was much loved by those of us in the marching band with his ready laugh and sense of humor. He definitely left his mark. Our condolences on his passing.”
