He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Sizemore of Elyria and Amanda Maddon (George) of Elyria; his grandchildren, Rai Sizemore, Krystal Crump, Alexander Maddon, Hallie Crump and Nicholas Maddon; and his sister Teresa Roberts (Phil). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
