It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William L Rucker (Elyria, Ohio), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Tillman and Teddy Rucker; and his great grandchild Nova Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wilkerson-Rucker; his brother Thomas Smalley (Marcella); his children, Vanetta Wilkerson-Blackwell (Thaddeus), Nanika Wilkerson (Norman), Wakeria Wilkerson and Jermaine Wilkerson (Tina); and his grandchildren, Tasharra, Alonzo, Laila, Damarion, De'Nisha, Dontae, Nautika and Devontez. He is also survived by grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
