He was predeceased by: his father William F Brown Sr.; and his grandparents, James O Sr., Mary V Brown, William T Sr. and Ida B Hill (Barbara Jean Cosey).
He is survived by: his mother Barbara J Brown; his children, Shanica Brown Capers of Minnesota, Monica R Brown of Alabama and William F Brown III of Alabama; and his siblings, Deborah D Brown of Elyria, Kimberly L of Georgia, James K. of Elyria, Howard O. of Elyria and Christopher E Brown of Elyria. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
