He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hayes and Dollie Hayes; and his brothers, Russell, Kenneth, Carly and Leroy.
He is survived by: his wife Inara; his children, Steve and Julie Hayes (Jeremy Klepek); his grandchildren, Ashley Hayes (Michael Brigadier), Steven Hayes and Madison Klepek; his great grandchild Emma Brigadier; his sisters, Evelyn Glover and Mabel Phillips (Jerry); and his granddaughter Emma. He is also survived by husband, dad, grandpa and papa.
