She was predeceased by: her husband John C. "Jack". She is survived by: her children, Chris Mertes (Melissa) of Twinsburg, OH, Carrie Nagorka (Mike) of Parma and Laura Ternes (Brad) of Elyria; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Sara Mertes, Scarlett, Sophie Nagorka, Stella and Jack Ternes.
