He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazimierz Bzdak and Genowefa Bzdak; and his brother Stanley Bzdak. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Edwards (Jack), Donna Howard, Krystyna Kosobodzki, Theresa Blascak (Tim), Richard Bzdak (Maria) and Mickey Bzdak (Beata). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
