With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Lynn Smith of Elyria, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Sutphin; and her siblings, Daymon Sutphin and Frankie Sutphin. She is survived by: her daughter Billie Lynn Shumney; her grandchildren, David Kelly, Hayli Kelly and Ryan Kelly; and her brothers, Joe Sutphin (Carol) and Charles Sutphin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
