He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Daniel Blevins, Jr. of North Ridgeville and Jessica Blevins of Wakeman; his father Clarence A. Blevins, Sr.; and his siblings, Tammy Wearsch (David), Theresa Rhoads (Darrell), Clarence Blevins, Jr. (Holly), Richard Blevins (Renee) and Donald Blevins (Bernie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
