He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lorbach and Jacqueline Lorbach. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua and Jacob; his wife Jennifer Lorbach; his brothers, Michael (Rebecca) and David (Tammy); his niece Jessica Gill (Robert); his nephew Geoff (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Dan and Jeanne Nixon; and his sisters-in-law, Missy Brown (John), Jessica Basinski, Rebecca Bowen and Kearsten Stevanus (Bradley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests that those attending services in person wear a mask, and masks will be provided.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations in Thomas' memory be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve (17876 St. Clair Ave, Cleveland, Ohio) or Columbus Humane (3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct, Hilliard, OH).
