He was predeceased by: his father Edward; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Claire Adelsberg; his mother Nancy Adelsberg; and his brothers, Jeffrey (Michelle) and David (Denise). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, The Tom Adelsberg Memorial Fund for Troubled Youth of Lorain County will soon be accepting donations.
