He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Johnie" Murray; his stepdaughter Cynthia Kofron; his parents, David Murray and Elise Forseth; and his stepfather Edward Forseth.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Jackie Miller; his children, Annette Carter (Brett) and Jeffrey (Pamela); his stepson Christopher Woehrman (Pamela); and his siblings, Judith Lowe, Joan Rubenson (Jim) and David. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
