She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Catherine (Kut) of Pennsylvania. She is survived by: her grandchild G's; her children, Lori Phillips (Steve), Jill Tyree (Jim) and Joe Katrinchak (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Jake Tyree (Jenn), Shannon Reed (Nic), Alexa Siefker (David), Jess Hogan (Matt), Emily Phillips (Elmo), Paige and Noah Katrinchak; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Justin, Sophie and Raya Sylvia. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Mary's Church, a church that Sally was a member of for the past 55 years.
