She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her parents, Ellsworth Bohn and Helen Bohn; her sister Sandra Schmittle; and her half-sister Phyllis Wiencke.

She is survived by: her sons, Colin E. Povlsen (Jennifer) of Elyria and Kevin L. Povlsen of Elyria; her grandchildren, Zachary A. and Zoe I. Povlsen; and her siblings, Judy Taylor of Elyria, Diann Shively (George) of Green Valley, AZ, William Bohn (Sharon) of Omaha, NE and Mark Bohn (Hien) of Elyria.
