He was predeceased by: his grandson Kristopher LaVigne. He is survived by: his wife Louise; and his children, Deborah LaVigne (Jeff) and Stephen Nagy (Melissa). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Friendship Animal Protective League 8303 North Murray Ridge Rd., Elyria.
