He is survived by: his children, Chris Melnyczuk of Olmsted Falls and Tanya Mullins (Dennis) of Tipp City, OH; his grandsons, Gavyn Michael Mullins and Graysen David Mullins; and his cousins, Tony Andrusyszyn (Phyllis) of Elyria, Paulie Andrusyszyn of Elyria, Mike Andrusyszyn of Arizona, Amber Everett (Jerry) of Phoenix, AZ, Kerri Huskey (Chad) of Lorain, Cassandra Andrusyszyn and Ridgeville.
