We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2022, at the age of 86, Shirley C. Wise of Elyria, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; her parents, Virgil Bailey and Ruth Bailey; and her nephews, Tommy Pendleton and Fritz Ligotke.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Rone (Alvin) and David Wise Sr. (Michelle); her grandchildren, David Wise Jr. (Theresa), Daniel Wise (Lindsey), Andrea Rhoades (David), Brittany Cunningham (Dezmon) and Alyshia Rone (Greg Norton); her sister Virginia Bull; her stepbrothers, Gary and Greg Bailey; and her friend John Trissel. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests those who wish may make donations to the Friendship APL 8303 Murray Ridge Rd. Elyria, OH. 44035, http://www.friendshipapl.org or other animal rescue charity of their choice to honor Shirley's love of animals.
