She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Keffer; her parents, James Bryce and Nellie Bryce; and her brother Richard Phipps. She is survived by: her daughters, Charmaine Payne (Keith) of Maineville and Christine Taylor (Wes) of Elyria; and her grandsons, Justin, Timothy and Kyle Payne. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
