She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred McDowell and Betty Jane McDowell; and her significant other Joe Nathan Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Arrianna Horton of Elyria, OH, Shannon Williams of Elyria, OH, Jason Brown of Elyria, OH and Van Robbins of Columbus, OH.; her grandchildren, Darius McCall, Maiell McCall, Terriona Brown, Tasiah Brown, Parashaye Horton, Emery Horton and Jason Brown Jr.; her great grandchild Apollo McCall; and her brother Allen Hull of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
