She is survived by: her husband James Willard Hawks; her children, Tony Hawks (Beverly), Jane Hamrick (Jerry) and Daniel Hawks (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Danielle Hawks, Matthew Hawks (Emily), Jerrad Hamrick (Amanda), Janelle Green (Chris) and James Hawks (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Grace Green, Tessa and Asher Hawks; and her brothers, Wes Taylor, Larry Bailey, Jerry Bailey, David Bailey and Eugene Burgess.
