She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her parents, Frank Starr and Gale Starr; her great grandchild Anthony; her siblings, Clell, Terry, Lynn, Neal Starr, Marilyn Crawford, Madeline Dodds and Avas Hunter; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy, Linda and Joyce Starr.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Noga (Charles) of Grafton and Thomas West (Donna) of Burke, VA; and her brothers, Johnnie and Lennie Starr. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; fourteen great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
