She was predeceased by: her father L. C. Grissom; and her sister Zina Butler. She is survived by: her birth mother Lotrete Hunter; and her siblings, Michael Grissom (Michelle) and Volinda. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild along with a host of cousin's nieces and nephews.
