He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Smith; and his parents, Ulyss Smith and Lois Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lynn Smith; his daughter Courtney Smith of Weymouth; and his nieces, Stephanie Smith Beedle, Denise Smith Kean and Beth Smith.
