He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Ashli Donahue, Britany Dittmer, Adam Haas, Allen Haas, Bradley D'Incau, Sean Hamlin and Jeremy Hamlin; and his siblings, Karen, Diane, Bill, Britany and Bradley. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
