He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Risher and Rosemary Risher; and his sister Debbie Klement. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Michelle Mohr (Scott), Robert Risher II, Christopher Haas (Erika Engel) and Jeffery Salyer (Cindy); and his siblings, Dana Blanchard (John) and Delvin Risher (Sharon). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
