He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman D. Tarrant and Ozell Tarrant; his siblings, Herman E., Ronald (Petey Joe), Ranson (Bay), James (Bull), Mary (Sue) and Azell; and his grandmother Mary (Sue).
He is survived by: his wife Paula Jones-Tarrant of Elyria, OH; his son Cornilius Tarrant (Duke) of Sandusky, OH; his granddaughters, Latasha, Tatiana Tarrant of Elyria, OH, Faith and Alanha Tarrant of Lorain, OH; his great grandchild Zariah Tarrant of Lorain, OH; and his siblings, Angelina Tarrant (Judy) of Elyria, OH, Linda Ferguson of Elyria, OH and Earnest Beckett of Lorain, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel (127 W Bridge St, Elyria, OH 44035). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
