He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Narrows and Florence Narrows; and his grandson Julian Lagares. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; and his children, Richard J. Jr. of Elyria, Brandon of Elyria, Lenora Leon (Roberto) of Lorain and Malissa Mitchell of Coral Springs, Florida.
