He is survived by: his siblings, Jon Hollett (Sharma) of Columbus, OH, Jan Hollett (Leigh Ann) of Columbus, OH, Todd Hollett (Denise) of White Pine, TN, Jackie Gifford of Nova, OH, Randi Hendrickson (Bill) and Tammy Kolenda (Mike) of Amherst, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
