He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Streets and Anna Grace Streets; and his brothers, Kenny, Bob, Ted and Randel Streets.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra J; his daughters, Nicole Gandee (Michael Khoma) of Elyria and Jessica Lynn (Benjamin) of Avon; his grandchildren, Aubree Gandee, Kendyl and Teddy Lynn; his pet Gemma; and his siblings, Calvin, Delbert Streets, Sommie Kruder, Kelly Renforth, Mona Akers, Diane Riccardi and Norma Streets. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
