He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio D'Agostino and Caterina D'Agostino; and his sisters, Rosa Smith and Carmela Sansotta. He is survived by: his wife Immacolata; his children, Kathie D'Agostino and Robert D'Agostino (Crystal); his grandchildren, Justin, Alexa, Gabriella and Genevieve; and his siblings, Betty Vince, Immacolata Sansotta, Mary Policheni (Antonio), Leonard D'Agostino (Elia) and Dominico D'Agostino (Gerarda).
