He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Bender; his sons, Nicholas (Trisha) and Brian Wolfe (Allison); his stepsons, David McHenry (Kristina) and Cory Runion; his siblings, Audrey Kim Dalton, Jilliane Bowser and Brett Arthur Wolfe; his grandchildren, Paisley and David Jr.; and his stepparents, Sandy Wolfe and Dr. William "Bill" Davis Reed.
