He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brandon, Kyle Merkin, Andrew, Alex Schmidt, Breana Quimper (Dennis), Drew and Griffin Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Paxton, Lilah, Rhemi and Rowan Quimper; his cousins, Marge Renney and Nancy Tite-Cochran (Mark); his niece Lisa Ryan; and his pet Rocky.
