She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth H. Chapman; her parents, DeWitte Maddock and Edith Maddock; her daughters, Patricia and Sharon Chapman; and her brothers, Douglas and Darrell Maddock.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Chapman (Laura) and Lorraine Taranto; her grandchildren, David Taranto (Teresa), James Taranto (Calley) and Brenda Taranto; her great grandchild Juniper Taranto; and her brothers, DeWitte Maddock and Dean Maddock.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational United Church of Christ in North Ridgeville.
