She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard J. Spisak; her parents, Peter Sostakowski and Anna Sostakowski; and her siblings, William Sostakowski, Sophie Souch, Joseph, Stephen, Frances, Edward Sostakowski, Helen Smyers, Albert and Peter Sostakowski.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Spisak (Virginia), David Spisak of Elyria, Susan Palko (Christopher) of North Olmsted and Anne Coles (Stephen) of Fairview Park; her grandchildren, Kimberly Roman-Smith (Jon Arnold), Samantha Smith (Renee Meinke), Amanda Alfaro (Christopher), Victoria Ringeisen (Aric), Jacob Spisak, Andrew Palko (Georgia Miller) and Gabriel Palko (Gail); her great grandchildren, Penelope, Elizabeth Alfaro, Joseph, Katie, Annabelle Rose Ringeisen and Nicholas Smith; and her brothers, Carl Sostakowski (Jane) and Robert Sostakowski (Rhoda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
