She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cathey and Virginia Cathey; her daughter Samantha Beal; and her siblings, Patrick Cathey Sr., Carroll Marcum, Sandy Coffin and Pamela Cathey.
She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Webber of Elyria, Leona S. Phillips (Dennis) of Vermilion, Julie L. Pruchinsky (Mark), Leon Byrd Jr. (Renee) and DeAnna L. Regler of Lorain; and her siblings, Kathleen Lewis (Dan) of Elyria, Michael Cathey (late Barb) of Elyria and Clifford Cathey (Trish) of Grafton.
