He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Sr. and Beverly; and his sister Bonnie Smith. He is survived by: his children, Brian Lee Conley (Christina), Kimberly Ann Thomas (Joshua) and Cassandra Nicole Wells; his grandchildren, Rozalyn, Jordan, Serenity and Angelo; and his siblings, Brad Conley (Annette) and Denise Frankino (Mickey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
