He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcial Morales and Francisca "Panchita" Gonzalez; and his brother Jose "Cheo" Morales. He is survived by: his wife Jean (Howard); his children, Nelson Morales, Jr. (Mandy), Maggie Morales (Shelley), Mercy Wright (Edward), Jeff Morales (Angie), Debra Sorg (Steven), Jay Morales (Jessica) and Brittany Morales; his grandchildren, Sinead, Cecilia, Jackie, Julysa, Edward, Sophia, Jae Marie, Maximo, Abigail and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Olivia, SirByron, Calvin and Iris. He is also survived by friends, sons, and grandson.
