He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Janet Buckingham Woolard; his daughter Amanda Lynn; his stepsons, Christopher and Steven Buckingham; and his sisters, Mary Stephanic (Perry) and Annie. He is also survived by two dogs, and 5 grandchildren.
