He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Dorothy Lanser, Jr.; his sister Lynn Lanser; his father-in-law Burvin Brewer; and his brother-in-law John Rock.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Tammy Archer (Matt) of Flowery Branch, Christy Lanser of Bay Village, Shannon Groesser (Eric) of Huntington Twp and Michael Lanser Jr. (Faith) of Elyria; and his siblings, Gail Schroeder, Karen Jacobs and Joseph Lanser III. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
