She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kostyn and Esther Kostyn; her husband Joseph S. Bolash; and her brothers, Sidney, John and Gilbert.
She is survived by: her son Joseph (Robin) of Grafton; her grandsons, Cody Gunselman and Adam Gunselman; and her pet Bart. She is also survived by niece and nephew.
