She was predeceased by: her son James Filiaggi; her brother Stanley Bruce; her parents, Robert Bruce and Marcella Bruce; and her sister Bonnie Bruce.

She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Anthony (Hope) of Elyria, Kathleen of Elyria and Amy Scordino (Peter) of North Carolina; and her siblings, Robert Bruce and Linda Daniels. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
