He is survived by: his father Clifford Salisbury; his stepmother Betty Salisbury of Elyria; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Karlovec of Elyria, Nancy Linge of Evansville, Indiana, Robert Salisbury of Elyria and Kenneth Salisbury of Fairview Park.
