She is survived by: her husband Scotty; her children, Jennifer Smith, Jr. (John) and Christopher Thoman (Brenda); her mother Jane; her siblings, Carol Bair (Robert), Thomas Kohl (Bev) and Edward Kohl (Benitta); and her grandchildren, James "JC" Lucki, Michael Thoman, Annalise Smith, Nicholas Thoman and Alexander Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
