She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kaczynski and Margaret Kaczynski (Veres); her husband Richard Bradley; her daughter Caroline Mazzeo; and her siblings, John Kaczynski and Diane Harubin.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Mazzeo of Elyria; her stepson David Bradley (Shelva) of Wellington; her grandchildren, Joshua Smith (Kathleen) of Oak Harbor, Victoria Lovingood (Aric) of Acworth, GA, Nicholas Smith of Port Clinton, Marianna Mazzeo of Cleveland, Derek Bradley of Wellington and Dustin Bradley of Wellington; her brother Joseph Kaczynski (Tammy) of Naples, FL; and her sister-in-law Betty Kelly (Lloyd) of Wellington. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
