She was predeceased by: her son Michael John Shepherd; her parents, Cobel Ray and Macel Burrough; and her siblings, Harold D., Kenneth R. Burrough and Ruthalea Burroughs Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Capp; her children, Elaine S. Brown (Jim), Mark F. Shepherd (Jackie), Scott D. Bohac (Heather) and Thomas F. Bohac (Tara); her stepchildren, Joe Capp (Kay), Jodi Capp Cunningham (Jim) and Jane Capp Shirley (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Heidi Matias (Jose), Matthew Seel (Sabrina), Heather Seel, Jon Brown (Minhchau), Sara Shepherd, Mark J. Shepherd, Ryan Shepherd, Jennifer Shepherd, Austin Shepherd, Jesse Bohac, Megan Bohac, James D. Bohac, Edwin Jr., Melissa, Jonathon, Angel, Catherine, Colton and Kristina.
