She is survived by: her children, Kathy Slotwinski (John) of Elyria and Scott Herndon of Lake Worth; her grandchildren, Robert (Halley), Matthew Herndon and Carly Slotwinski (Nick); her great grandchild Owen Herndon; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava Mugford, Emma Geiger and Andres Mercado; her stepgranddaughters, Bethany Geiger (Dan), Rachel Naftzger (Tim) and Janine Mercado (Nestor); and her daughter-in-law Wendy Herndon.
