She was predeceased by: her parents, Ado Riggins and Irene Riggins; her grandson Javaria Riggins; and her siblings, Billy Riggins, Willie Riggins, George Riggins, Henry Riggins and Tina Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband Frank L. Owens, Sr.; her children, Alfonso Riggins, Necola Pruchinsky (Lacy) and Vivian Hooks (Sam); and her siblings, Barbara Jefferson (Jesse) and Robert Riggins (Althia). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
