She was predeceased by: her husband Richard W. McGinnis; her son Ralph; her parents, Lynn Sprague and Florence Sprague; and her siblings, David Sprague and Ethel Jensen.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie of Elyria, Ben McGinnis of Hope and Richard McGinnis (Beth) of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois..
