He was predeceased by: his father Rexel Ricky Canty; his grandparents, Sarah Canty, Rexel Durham and Betty Thomas (Ollie); his uncle David Thomas; his niece Alexis Lewis; his nephew Dashawn Lewis; and his grandparents, Myra and Peter Alston.
He is survived by: his mother Betty McGhee (James) of Elyria; his stepfather Fred Alston (Brandi) of Elyria; his children, Toree Martin, Kobe Thomas, Lewis Gallagher and Caleb Sears; and his siblings, Shirlena Wright, Syreeta Thomas, Endeana Thomas and Fred Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
