He was predeceased by: his father Gary Knight. He is survived by: his fiancée Nikki Houck of Elyria; his mother Katherine Arnold; his stepfather Ralph Arnold of Grafton; his siblings, Rob Drawl (Katie) of North Ridgeville and Dawn Adkins (Norman) of Grafton; and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Hannah Adkins, Jacob and Alex Drawl.

Donations, in his honor, are requested to any local animal shelter.
